MET Group’s Energised Engineers carried out a full live inspection to the Heathrow Airport head quarters of DO & CO Airline Catering Company.
DO & CO are one of the largest catering suppliers to the aviation industry in the world and to keep the constant flow of food to hungry passengers, switching off was not an option.
With this in mind DO & CO chose MET Group to provide specialist testing technologies to identify any critical or hidden issues in their electrical assets while the installation was energised and under load.
Amongst other data recorded a sound signature was recorded for all electrical assets in the main LV panels & MV assets for future trending to always expect what could of become the unexpected.
MET Group also carried out a fixed wire test while working in probably one of the busiest but impressive organised facilities we have had the privilege to work in.
