The planning by the engineers at BGIS made the access & process very well organised with all permits, agreements & planning in place with the exclusive tenants before our engineers arrived on site, making the inspection a breeze.
Jermyn St is just one of a number of the Crown Estate buildings BGIS have awarded to MET Group and is one of many we have already inspected.
